父母类EOI刚选中, 关于要求的材料有几个问题请教

1. Application fee

这个信里没说,不知道该交多少.

2. Full birth certificates for every personincluded in the application
这个上哪弄去? 爸妈那个年代没这东西吧?

3. Evidence you meet the English language requirements  
这个怎么证明?

我在移民局网站上找到这个,那材料是不是不用现在递了?

When to pay

If we approve your residence application in principle, we’ll let you know the total amount you need to pay us for your ESOL tuition before we can grant you a visa.

We’ll ask you to complete an Agreement and Schedule for each person that needs ESOL tuition. The Agreement and Schedule explain the conditions of the ESOL tuition, and gives information about the TEC.

You’ll need to return the signed Agreement and Schedule to us together with your payment.

You should keep a copy for your records, as your family will need to take it along to their English classes.

让你爸妈到公证处问问，应该是先拿着身份证，户口本到街道或派出所开个什么单子，公证处才能办出生公证

语言费最后pR获批才要交.第三次交费！

你现在只要填会购买语言费当PR批准后与签证费一起交

这次我也不知道交多少，我估计是1950刀！出生公证，去出生当地居委会拿证明，并要拿祖辈的户口簿去派出所开户藉证明，然后再去做公证！
语言费要填会购买当PR批准时与签证费一起交就行了。最后一次交费是4090刀

申请费是1950每人吗？ 还以为是每个申请。。。
