I have some basic questions to ask you.

What is the advantage you have? How many years investment experience do you have? Any success story you have? Are you currently working for big investment firm or work for yourself? How much resource do you have? i.e. money

What is the salary per year for the programmer? What is the share percentage of the company for the programmer? Do you also requires the programmer to provide money for the company?

If you don't have any money and resource, what is the benefit for the programmer to work on this project?

I have 21 years programming experience including stock trading, quantitative investment programming experience and developing nz/au websites, android app for 80% market share of one area.
