怎么办，求解（已经回答）

法院判被告退我钱（小额），信已收到，在规定期限内对方没退我钱。我问了追债公司可我这点钱找追债公司也是继续往里扔钱没什么用，所以

我也不打算要了，他们什么都没有，问题是怎么让他们的信用黑掉，不再害其他人？法院的执行程序就是摆设，网上填表格其中一必填项还要对方的出生年月日，我怎么可能知道这些？可法院也不愿去要对方的出生年月日，说这是对方隐私……所以这个执行程序连表格都没法填，更别提其他。怎么让他信用彻底黑掉？他是老骗子了，不然会继续行骗。

他没钱法院把他也没办法，新西兰是允许分期还你的钱的，最低5刀一周都见过

if the debt is not a huge one, if ones refuse to pay regardless of what you do, then you can only put it against their credit report (will affect them when they come to do their next need with company that requires to do credit  check)

if the debt is huge amount, wonder if you can ask solicitor to put on their property as a caveat ? (if they have a house)

not sure your relationship between debtor, and issue around debts.
if you are suing a company, dont think you need a date of birth, if it's a person, not sure if you sign some form of contract with them and obtain their ID.  
thing is if you are suing a company, they can always liquidate / struck off and you'll still not gonna get your funding back, as it's a separate entity to a person

so worse case you can only claim this as a 'write off' in your expenses, it's not worth going further as you'll end up spending more money then you can claim back and it takes soooooooo long that you are not gonna believe it

非常感谢你的回复，他们是个人公司是假的，没有在政府网站上注册过，当时告就告的个人。有合同，但没有他们的ID，这种人难道就样逍遥法外了？

if court has order payment from them and they have not yet pay, you can try calling the court and see what else you can do.  not sure if this would involving going to the police as it's a civil issue.

ya, call the court, i am sure they have some back up option for you

您好，可以通过法庭的collection unit让法庭工作人员去拿走对方值钱的财产。

同时，你可以通过地区法庭申请order for examination，让对方去法庭交代收入和个人情况安排赔偿。

因为债务不超过1000元纽币，不能申请对方破产。
