The seller isn't returning emails or refuses to complete the deal (change topic)
If you need to contact the seller to sort out pick-up or confirm shipping and you haven’t heard back within a reasonable length of time (we recommend five working days), first check that your spam filters aren't blocking their emails.
If you have given the seller a reasonable amount of time to return your emails and you still haven't received a response, please contact us as we may be able to help by giving them a call directly. Be sure to let us know if you would like us to pass a contact number on for you.
If you have received negative feedback from a seller and are certain that you have taken all of the above steps to resolve the trading issues, then you are welcome to dispute the feedback with us. Please note that we are only able to take action in line with our feedback policy and Code of Conduct.
