我们的情况比较复杂，所以内容有点多， 我和我老婆认识4年了, 但是由于我一直在新西兰，她再国内，所以我们在一起的时间很有限，而且也没证据证明我们同居的时间。 去年10月份我拿到了PR, 然后帮她申请配偶类的旅游签。 那时候移民官认为我们两个没有达到配偶类的要求，但是觉得我们的关系是真实的，所以给了她一个6个月的普通旅游签。 但是由于家里有事， 她直到最近才过来，而且签证还有2周就过期了，所以她一共在新西兰只能呆3周。
移民官这样说的：
As we explained to you this morning, considering the nature of your relationship with Mr. Liu and based on all information provided on file, we are not satisfied that at this stage you meet the partnership requirements for living together in partnership that is genuine and stable. Your visitor visa application under partnership could not be approved. However, considering the fact that your supporting partner visited you in China several times during your relationship and you finally registered marriage in China, we are satisfied that you and your supporting partner have demonstrated genuine intention to enter into the relationship and have made effort and genuine commitment to the relationship. We also note that your supporting partner provided Financial Sponsorship Form financially supporting your application. We are therefore willing to grant you a 6-month general visitor visa for you to visit your partner in New Zealand.
我现在想帮她续签证，不想让她离开我， 不过不知道怎么续。目前我们有以下想法
1. 申请配偶类的旅游签或工签。。 但是我们只能提供结婚证的证明（我们去年12月份结婚），通话证明（中文），qq聊天记录（500张A4纸，不过没翻译 2011年到现在）， 微信聊天记录（100张A4纸 2013年到现在），我每年回国的机票。 我老婆来我家的机票（我们在不同的城市）， 在一起的照片，不过不多， 结婚照。 结婚的mv， 和双方家人的照片， 新开的联名账户。 （最大的问题是我们同居的时间很少）。 由于上次申请的结果，我觉得成功几率不大。但是如果申请普通旅游签，感觉又不对。
2. 先申请3个月的学生签证，然后转配偶工签。
请问 1. 如果申请配偶类的签证，那么我们那些qq记录啥的是否要翻译。。500多张纸 估计也太多了吧。这类签证批的几率大么
2. 如果我们同居3个月后（先用学生签）， 再申请配偶类签证成功的几率高么？ 学生签如果我担保的话，成功的几率高么?
