The apartment has one queen size bed in the bedroom and a full bathroom with shower over bath.

A balcony area directly off the lounge with a table and chairs to sit and enjoy your favourite beverage and watch the parapenters gracefully float down off of the Skyline .

In the lounge is a sofa which folds out to make a double bed. The recommended maximum occupancy for this apartment is 2 persons, however a 3rd person on the sofa bed is permitted.

In the lounge is a sofa, coffee table and a 32 inch flat screen LCD with iPod docking, chairs and table.

There is a kitchenette with a cook hob, microwave, electric fry-pan, pots, refrigerator and all the necessary crockery.

Amenities
Linen and towels are provided with towel exchange available. For your convenience a washer, dryer and laundry powder is available for free use in the main laundry area.

Other amenities include covered carport directly outside the door for one car, iron, ironing board, clothes airing rack, clock radio, electric blanket and electric heating.
