拿到talent 签证开始 工作后可以立即申请移民吗？

你好，
我有新西兰工作邀请，雇主建议申请TALENT签证。拿到TALENT签证开始开始工作后可以立即申请移民吗？还是要工作两年才能申请移民？ 本人打分在180分左右。
下面这段是雇主发给我的，
A Talent (Accredited Employer) work visa is appropriate for people who have a job offer from an employer accredited

•       XXX is an Accredited Employer which means we can offer employment to workers who are not NZ citizens or residents without the need to establish that there are no NZ citizens or residents suitably qualified by training or experience available, or readily able to be trained to do the work.

–     The job offer must be for at least two years, full time, and paying a salary of at least NZ$55,000 (based on a 40-hour week)

–     The applicant must be 55 years of age or under and meet standard health, character and English language requirements

•      After two years working in NZ the holder is eligible to apply for NZ residence under theResidence from Work instructions

–     In order to be eligible the holder must have worked for an Accredited Employer for two years and been in current full-time employment paying a salary of at least $55,000

–     The applicant must still meet standard health, character and English language requirements

看起来是要用TALENT签证工作两年才有资格申请移民， 然后再坐两年移民监才能成为永久回头签永久居民。 所以需要最少在NEW ZEALAND住四年才能自由出入， 是吗？
打分在180左右。
请帮忙解答。
