澳洲457 working visa的配偶能免费生小孩吗？

如题，朋友的老公正在申请澳洲的457 working visa,想问一下如果拿到这种visa的话，配偶能过去享受免费生小孩的福利吗？谢谢

if you are an NZ citizen, Medicare card will cover your cost.
