Hi, on the process of registering a company, there is a question "Will fringe benefits be paid to shareholder-employees?" How would this affect the company if choose "yes" or "no"? Thanks.

usually you put down no, but later once the director decides to pay out fringe benefit you can always get your accountant to account tax for it.
