Unless there is a large data volume and user base, in general this kind of system is quite straightforward - any computer science graduate should be able to get it to work.
That said, having a solution that works, is poles apart from a solution that comes with a level of maturity in terms of productivity, usability, maintainability, cost-efficiency and security. It depends on how much you want to spend and who you employ to do the work.
It is like building a house - you could spend $2000 to build a shed that shelters, or you can spend $1,000,000 for a proper home with some luxury. |
