咨询去幼儿园的那些事儿

本来想给女儿报名去henderson 的Creative Minds，可惜她们星期三满员了，所以要去的话就必须三天分开。今天外婆带她去Kiwi Corner,之前去看了一次感觉还不错。不过听妈妈说今天去老师不是很热情，大家都自己做自己的。说是一开始去会有一个老师看着宝宝，去观察她，帮她适应新环境。可是妈妈说，宝宝在幼儿园根本就没人看着。宝宝居然还自己把门打开，被老师说了。宝宝说要回家。哎，找幼儿园真是件头疼的事情。有些不错的幼儿园在lincoln rd, paramount drive可是太远了，老人接送不方便。等我下班回去接又太远了。家附近的那些也都看了，像Edukids, bright eye,没有找到合适的。宝宝马上要两岁了，请各位妈妈支招。说是2岁以上的宝宝，一个老师要照顾八个孩子，能看得过来吗？

教育局也每年来review 一般不会出事故的

唉，不是出不出事故，而是在想那么多孩子老师能顾得上吗？孩子能学到东西吗？并且我们家妞不是一般的难搞。

可以去试读吧 如果太难搞了我觉得会被退回家的  老师说 祖宗 求你把你家小祖宗带回家吧 我们这管不了了

我家男宝在bright eyes，不到2岁。我觉得还ok。最开始看的时候也不是特别满意，但实际去的以后还ok的。宝宝全天，周一到周五。还挺喜欢去的。

if you really like creative minds, why not just send your daughter to it, and let the childcare know that you are interested to increase days when there's one available?

For kids > 2yo, government ratio requirement is 1:10 from memory, most childcare operate with 1:7 ratio. Childcare are usually designed in such a way that they are safe for kids, which explain why 1 teacher can look after multiple kids. It's actually a good way for your daughter to learn to interact with other kids, how to socialize etc too.

Both my 4yo and 2.5yo go to childcare fulltime, and so far i have been pretty happy with their development etc from school.

yeah, already talked to the owner operator this morning, will start visiting sometime this week. Thank you for the advice. I quite like their photos on facebook.

我几年前在Creative mind工作过，是个很温暖的homebase一样的center， 里面有个年轻的洋人老师叫victoria的我们一起工作了好几年，她人很好很有天份，她现在应该是teamleader了，自己也怀孕了，你把孩子交给她是可以放心的：）孩子进幼儿园不止对孩子自己是个挑战，对父母更是一个挑战，你要去和老师多交流，怎样能让孩子更好的适应新环境，然后你要对孩子有信心，他们适应环境的能力比大人要强多了，只有你的心态稳，孩子才能安心的在新环境中成长。

谢谢你的回复。女儿上周已经正式去creative minds了。老师都很不错。很满意。

请问他们地址在哪里呀？　我家也在ｈｅｎｄｅｒｓｏｎ　不久的将来．．．．几个月后　女儿可能就去幼儿园咯。
