怎样申请新西兰的无犯罪证明？

大家好，朋友回国，现在在中国要申请去美国，因为曾今留学新西兰需要提供新西兰的无犯罪证明。但是他以前的中国护照过期了，现在换新的，他人又不在新西兰，请问大家怎样拿到新西兰的无犯罪证明？谢谢。

让你朋友从国内公安局做指纹鉴定，然后发给nz police。

New Zealand Police are often asked for a “Police clearance certificate”, especially by people applying for a job overseas. New Zealand Police do not produce “Clearance Certificates” as such, but you can get a copy of your criminal record from the Ministry of Justice.
