i am not sure about Mitre 10, but i am sure Bunnings sells a lot of paint.
天那水 is called "thinner" in engish, but in euro, there are many different types of thinners in the market, so you will need to explain to the sales man about the purpose of use.

这个叫 Mineral Turpentine ，bunnings mitro10都有卖的。

you can use Mineral Turpentine for thinning paints, linseed oil, waxes and polishes, metal cleaning and clean-up of brushes and equipment after painting.
