How to move contact detail ?

Hello, anybody can help how to move the contact detail from my old sim card to micro sim card?
This is because I have an old Nokia phone with current sim card, and now I have bought a Iphone4 that required micro sim card. And I want all the contact detail from my old phone move to my new phone.
Anybody that expert on this kind of thing please........help . Thanks

just cut your old standard sim card into micro sim card to use in your new iphone......if you do not how to cut, go to any phone shop that they have the card puncher to do it...good luck...

没明白楼主的意思，楼主是想保留自己手机号码的情况下，把大卡换小卡，还是想把手机里的通讯录等资料从NOKIA传输到IPHONE里？？
