请教一下，关于父母团聚表格问题

请问大家表格都是你们自己填的吗？
因为我看到在Guide 第14页 有个 Who can help me fill out the forms.
Who can help me fill out the forms?
If you are submitting an Expression of Interest form, you may ask another person to help you.
Anyone can act as your agent, adviser or representative; however, they will need to be licences as an
immigration adviser or exempt from being licenced. For a register of immigration advisers and a list
of the groups of people exempt from being licenced, visit the Immigration Adviser’s Authority website
at www.iaa.govt.nz.


意思是我不能帮我爸爸填这个表吗？ 一定要找有 licences adviser填吗？

不是， 意思是 Anyone can act as your （申请人） agent, adviser or representative

这是说，如果是移民中介顾问，需要有Licence的。

你好，假如像你说的不需要有ｌｉｃｅｎｓｅ的人填的话那Ｓｅｃｔｉｏｎ　Ｌ应该怎么填啊？谢谢你

你要是没找中介自己填的 这个L不填 但是后面就记得要勾 “翻译” 和 “帮助填表” 两个项
意思就是 你要是不是持牌中介 是不能给 immigration advise, 所有申请 都出于申请人 自己的意愿 你是帮父母办 所以你只是填表人 和 翻译人 所有其他的信息是你自己父母提供 和 出于他们的意愿 理论上你是不能给任何的建议 除非你是持牌中介 但是只是理论上
