请教律师
员工如果有3周年假,有四周notice period,是否可以offset 然后做一周就走? 这个是纯属协商还是说有合同规定?
如果不能达成offset 的协议,员工就是干了一周然后走了的话,等于是didnt give sufficient notice period,
除了reference 可能不好,还有别的什么后果吗?我的经理都也已经辞职了。

clause 如下,没有说如果insufficient notice deduct salary.
11.2 General Termination
The Employer may terminate this agreement forcause, by providing 4 weeks’ notice in writing to the Employee. Likewise the Employee is required to give 4weeks’ notice of resignation. TheEmployer may, at its discretion, pay remuneration in lieu of some or all ofthis notice period. |
