旅游签证被拒，还有再申请的可能吗？

朋友在广东做餐馆的楼面经理，想来新西兰三个月旅游，被拒了。她有个在新西兰的外甥给她做担保人的。但是担保书上没有体现他们的亲戚关系。大律师帮忙看看如果重新准备资料 ，这些移民官列的理由都满足的话，还有申请的余地吗？

具体原因是：
1.Genuine intent
you have no strong reason for a 3- months visit in New Zealand. and ( 怎么样才能证明她有strong reason?)
inconsistent information was found related to your intend duration of stay in NZ as the application form indicated you stay in NZ for 3 months but the leave letter from your company indicated that you are visiting NZ for 6 months. and (申请表上是填3个月，但是公司的请假单填的6个月，这个再次申请的时候改过来不知道有没有问题？
you have no immigration history to demonstrate  previously successful trave overseas and then return to your home country based on the information on hand.（这个没办法了，什么都有第一次嘛）

2. Personal circumstance to induce your return to China
we are not satisfied that your employment situation is strong enough to induce your return to China at the end of your stay in NZ as :
--you are willing to be away from work for 6 months and so it appear to us that you have no strong employment commitment in China and （你都愿意离开工作岗位6个月了，表明你的工作可有可无，这个要怎么破解？
--apart from the leave letter from your company, we receive no independant verifiable evidence from you to support your actual employment.（除了请假证明，还有什么是 independant verifiable 的证据呢？工作合同？过往工资单？）

3. Financial situation
we are not satisfied your financial situation is strong enough to induce your return to China at the end of your stay in NZ as
we have no receive any of your personal financial and property evidence to support this application. （这个他们刚买了个房，但是是在递申请以后的，没有交上去，还有她把所有的钱都给他老公存，自己没有账户，现在让他们开个联名账户，把钱都放联名账户里，可以了吧？

4. family situation
we are not satisfied that your family situation is strong enough to induce your return to China at the end of your stay in NZ as:
-- we have not received the actual up-to-date to support you are living with your immediate family members or you are still in a stable relationship with them.（这个怎么证明？ 还是联名账户？ 相片？
