Help.....Got fined for illegal parking! (已经回答）

I just got fined by a private towing company for parking iilegally in the parking space of a private company in the city.  Actually it is only 20 min.... I admit I shouldnt have park over there, but first, the sign is small that I didnt realize it ( I was in a rush to handle sth), second the fine for clamp down my car is 150NZD. I wonder whether it is overcharged as the towing company is hired by the private company building that I parked....

Any advice from you guys ? Can I make any complaints over charges?  I know some ppl get fined for  different amount, I wonder there is any standard for that.

well, I dont have any problems in paying for that , in the end I did park over there even though the sign is not clear. But I would like to figure out whether the rate is reasonable. Any regulations on their charging? They can charge whatever they want?

the rate is reasonable.. its usually 150-200, 150 is actually a pretty good rate
