master 畢業後 申請pr的問題（已回答）?

請問大律師關於EOI申請如果主申請人(IT  MASTER)輔合以下這條規定  並且主申請+副申請的分數 超過140分 那是不是在畢業後 經由EOI申請  在不須要找到工作的狀況下 即可拿pr了?! SM21.5 .a

.iii have undertaken full time study for at least two years inNew Zealand that has
resulted in the award of a Doctorate or Masters degree
have demonstrated the ability to successfully settle in and contribute to NewZealand.

超过140分可以被EOI选中，但是最后的结果就是WTR让你去找工作才可以移民。所以不如一开始就有offer是最好的了。新政策下都是要有offer才可以移民的，以前短缺都可以移民的已经过去了
