关于open work visa 申请表的问题

我在两年前申请学生签时递交过体检报告和无犯罪证明
这次申请需要再次递交体检和无犯罪
请问在粗体字那一项前打√是否正确？
我是否需要同时回答C6和C7？

C6 You must provide a medical certificate if:
        you are applying for a work to residence visa, or
        you plan to be in New Zealand for 12 months or longer (including any time you have already spent in New Zealand)
        and, either
            you have not provided a medical certificate to Immigration New Zealand with a previous visa application, or
            you have provided a medical certificate to Immigration New Zealand but that certificate was dated by your
            medical examiner more than 24 months ago.

C7 You must provide an X-ray Certificate for Temporary Entry (INZ 1096) if you plan to be in New Zealand for between
     six and 12 months, and:
        you are from, or have visited for more than three months, a place that is outside the list of ‘Countries, areas,
        and territories with a low incidence of tuberculosis’, and either:
           you have never previously provided an X-ray certificate to Immigration New Zealand, or
           you have previously provided an X-ray certificate but it was dated by your medical examiner more than
           24 months ago.

我一直在做兼职 请问我是否需要写关于当前雇主的信息？ 我是否具备Job offer ？

兼职一般不算，除非你和老板签过书面合同

你申请的是open工签，跟job offer没关系。（part time的工作也不能提供job offer）
