我们公司不会告诉你加多少, KPI评估结束后, 1-2周会收到一封信, 里面有薪水增加的百分比.
换句话来说"你基本没有讨论的机会"
不知道你们公司是不是这样.

一般评估只会涉及到你的职能, 和对你工作的评价. 不会谈薪水吧...
我感觉如果你真想加钱, 你就可以说你可以handle更多的responsibility. 正所谓一分钱一分货.

我以前的公司是属于更改职位，也就加薪了，也是“被通知”新工资，不过在更改之前，我会暗示他们我心里的工资水平要求，然后就是漫长的等待，等让他们做决定，看准备给我多少了。

要是真疼我，一般会给我心里要求值接近的工资， 不到的话，会给我个理由什么的。

实事求是的说，虽然我在公司的时间不很长，但是我的工作技能和职责已经是我们部门的No2 了，所以我感到挺为难的，新工资若是Match我们Forman的话，就太过分了；但是不加，或者就加个2，3块的话，心里又感觉有点“委屈”。。。。。放松自己心态吧，知足常乐吧！！

2,3块很多了啊！。。天啊！。。。

一小时加2块，一年4000拉！按40000 年薪算10%， 好吧，高点就算80000年薪也5%了！。。。

真的很多了，我们公司今年给我加5%我都乐死了...

要学会满足啊！

大公司加钱没那么容易的。职位不变的话每年涨不了多少。

公司越大，流程就越多，不是自己顶头老板就能做主的。

以我所看到的情况是那怕你走人，公司用你两倍的薪水找个比你差的人，都不会给你涨薪水。这就是所谓的大公司。

跳槽才是涨薪水的王道。若干年后跳回原来的公司里还能做更高的职位，这也是大公司犯贱的地方。

做好自己该做的 不等于 就能得到自己该得的。社会就是这么的不公平。否则大家也不回来这里问薪水。你说是不是？

First of all, I agree with you.....partially. The point I was trying to make is all about ATTITUDE. What kind of attitude you take into you daily work is a key to success. I can fully understand your theory if my motivation of work is money only. However, it is not. Let’s do not forget all the experience that you can obtain and all the joys that you can get out of every single success you have made.

Let me clear this for you. There is no boss in large corporation, especially Multinational corporation . There is only manager, MD or CEO who is just an employee of corporation as same as you. Matter of fact, when they approve your payrise, they are not taking money out of their own pocket. If we put this into our consideration, do you think it’s gonna be easier for you to get payrise from a Boss who is actually taking money out of their pocket to pay you??

Can you please define “比你差的人”. To be honest, I’m really sick of people over-estimating their abilities. I’ve heard a story, one always complains about his salary and benefits from his employer. According to him, the person was doing his job had better salary. It turns out even though the title is same, but the previous employee took much more responsibilities and used to lead several big projects for the company. If you can not stand up in front of 10,20,30 audiences and give a proper speech in English or has ability to lead a big project and come up with constructive results, how can you be sure that you are better than others.

Finally, salary and contribution to the company are closely bonded together. Even Ass-kissing is an ability and contribution for the company. Hence do not despise your colleague who is really good at Ass-kissing, at least she/he is able to make his manager happy by doing this. The remaining question is, can you?

I assume you really do not want to hear my story as it completely opposites to “公司用你两倍的薪水找个比你差的人，都不会给你涨薪水. So I will shut up now...lol.

在大公司做老板有时候也很为难的。

部门每年的人头和加薪都是有预算的。破格加薪不是那么好操作的，尤其是HR都不在一个城市。

HR虽然就是老板的狗，但也不是时时刻刻都听话的。

所以说，在逆境里端正态度，得到自己想要的就跳槽，这才是升职和加薪的秘诀所在。

另外我可以负责人的告诉大家，大公司里薪水和贡献并没有必然联系。大公司就是一个社会，所谓人比人气死人，就看你怎么混了。

哈  sorry 打击一下  我们公司也有位小哥  刚来没几天  总觉得自己比senior 都聪明  懂得多

自己真才实学得话  公司自然会给你涨工资  或者跳槽也未尝不可  但是千万要虚心  大家都不喜欢自信心饱满得家伙

谈工资嘛  我最近两次offer 都是经理直接问我得expectation 是多少  

如果老板没问你得话  还是慢慢来吧  哈

Ass-kicking will only get you so far, it's not the way to go...

anyway, with the companies Ive been with, it seems that ppl are paid rather fairly, depending on their "actual" contribution to the company :)

除非你倒霉  遇到很坏得经理  不然公司也不傻  真得有contribution 得话 一定不想让你跳槽 让你走

我倒是觉得LZ 才刚刚过试用期  想得都是加薪得事情  有点目光短浅了些

听君一席话，胜读十年书啊！！  的确，我是有一点浮躁情绪！ 但是日常工作是丝毫没有影响。。。也要怪老板，上个星期在Morning Tea的时候跟我说一些涨工资的事情，才把我给搞High的。。。。。要顶住，要稳住，哪怕不加钱，我也好好好的干四化！！ 谢谢大家的意见，我现在心情舒畅得很！！

He will talk to u at some point 自己有个心理价位。他要是问。你就说。不然他会直接喝你讲加薪多少的
