Geoffrey is a 6yr old, German Shepherd/Rough Coated Collie mix originally from RSPCA & t; w a' a* m9 w; J# X+ y He has been a member of our family since he was 8 weeks old and always the submissive part of a twosome.. X/ @( m4 a* T c# z0 `! o g
Originally with a Labrador and now with a corgi. 0 E& _5 z. W- I* [4 R9 i: y He is a dog that requires leadership – from either another dog or his human friend.0 O& ?8 {& w+ l, @! E* F
Geoffrey is not a brave dog. He does not like bangs (guns) or fireworks.3 Y! e e; p0 P$ W" Y* `7 G" ?- Z
He is a soft, loyal boy who welcomes praise. & v4 ~" p+ J" L) \$ G7 r& s Geoffrey responds very well to routine and is easily controlled by voice. : m3 W3 f8 z; s+ J+ w He does not stray from his master, is easy to take anywhere.. z O0 S g$ I
He has a cod liver oil tablet and a garlic tab each morning.4 [1 s& ^6 @' m7 C
He then sits and takes a biscuit very gently from me., o$ Z4 z. I+ J1 L' ~
He has fantastic toilet habits and rarely makes a mess where he shouldn’t. " _0 H% ^/ {8 X; ? I would not even think about rehousing him if I was in good health. He is a great companion and very empathetic towards me.8 y, S, Z/ [3 [6 |7 [
If he has a shortfall at all, it would be that he is somewhat wary of some men, although once he knows them he is just fine.9 [ W7 u5 U# M1 i% o
