最近准备换工作，收集好多关于CV, interview tips等相关方面的资料,这个是从部门经理那要来的，希望对大家有所帮助。虽然可能工作性质不同，不过问题本身大同小异。。

最近工作真的很难找，可能过了圣诞会好些，大家加油吧。。。

• Tell us about yourself.
• What is your understanding of the requirements of the position?
• What do you see as the key challenges in this job for you?
• What attracts you to our organisation and this position?
• If appointed, when would you realistically be able to commence     work with us?  
• What is your salary expectation for this position?
• Why should I hire you?
• How long would you stay with us?
• What intimidates you?
• What are your priorities in life?
• What do you think was wrong with your former organisation?
• What did you like/dislike about your previous boss?
• Since you job change, what different objectives or goals do you     have?
• Do you work well under pressure?
• How do you react when under stress?
• How do you respond to obstacles in your way?
• What are your strengths?
• What are your weaknesses and what are you doing to develop     yourself in these areas?  
• What did you accomplish in your last job?
• If you could, how would you have planned your academic studies     differently?
• What career options do you have at the moment?
• Describe how you handle criticism of yourself and/or your work?
• Are you more concerned with quality or meeting deadlines?
• Are you analytical? Give me an example.
• What do your subordinates/colleagues think of you?
• What sort of things will make you angry or frustrated in your     work environment?
• Are you free to travel? Would you be willing to relocate?
• You may be overqualified or too experienced for the position we     have to offer.
• Do you think that this is the field of work in which you want     to stay?
• Do you belong to any professional organisations?
• What interests you about the products and services of our     company?
• How do you communicate effectively with your     customers/colleagues?  
• What do you know about local government?  
• What are the major job satisfiers?
• How do you ensure you are current in your area of expertise?
• What areas within this position do you consider you will need     greater assistance?
• What are your career goals?
• Where do you see yourself in a year’s time in this role, and     what development would you like to have achieved?
• How do you go about problem solving?
• Do you like to work independently or as part of a team?

关于第六题,很多人建议不要回答,即使问你现在的薪水是多少,也不要说.只回答可以商量,或反问，或"我相信你们会根据我的经验和能力,给出最适合的offer."

其实还有一种回答方式,就是告知对方你现在的薪水是多少,然后说所有close的offer都是considerable

刚刚接到电话interview,结果他问，我开始坚持不说，不过后来他说不想浪费彼此的时间，压力下还是说了。。。。应该问他给多少的。。。唉。。。。

如果问 你现在的薪水是多少?
可以 现有的薪水, 再加一点(if you current salary is too low)

我的经验是，面试没有标准答案，足够的自信+实力就是最佳答案。
如果按照这个方法找到的工作，基本上比较容易适应。
