parallel import VS Trademark, please help

Hi, sorry no Chinese input.

A serious question, the difference between parallel import and Trademark, say if import a products, if a guy says he had already regisitered the trademark by using the name of the brand, does it mean noone allows to sell it if not buying from him? what if import directly from the manufacturer overseas? is it not legal?

very confused for this.

yea, you are right, I thought the same, like Nokia must have local trademark registered, but still other mobile shops selling nokia as well, directly import out of overseas.
