关于商业租赁合同的问题？

请问下大律师，我们在2010年5月租了一个warehouse，
我们签的合同是：
Initial term：1 year，
Expiry Date: 15/05/2011,
Rights of renewal: 2 further terms of 2 years each,
Final Expiry Date(If all rights of renewal are exercised): 15/05/2015
我们在15/05/2011的时候也没有renewal，
今年1月份房东把warehouse卖了（卖之前也没有通知我们），现在我们想在15/05/2012结束合同可以吗？
