请教大家一个EOI选取名额的问题

谢谢阅帖先！如以前有过类似问题，我再去翻帖子。

以最近选取结果的为例, 15分工作经验并且是在绝对短缺技能里的是不是都从pool里选光才能轮到 10分工作经验那档？ 选取的时候对onshore和offshore有区别吗？

All EOIs at or above 140 points.    [ 315 ]
All EOIs with a job or job offer claiming total points between 100 and 135 points.    [ 90 ]
All EOIs claiming 15 points for work experience in an area of absolute skill shortage and with a points total between 100 and 135 points.    [ 41 ]
All EOIs claiming 10 points for work experience in an area of absolute skill shortage and with a total between 110 and 135 points.     [ 159 ]
TOTAL SELECTION      [ 605 ]

再看了一下自己的问题，网站上是 [b][All EOIs/b], 估计是选完一个标准的再选后面的。
