工签表格明白无误的写着:
Do you intend to work in New Zealand for 24 months or longer? If you are in New Zealand, this includes time you have already spent here.
也就是说, open工签是12个月的 , 申请者如果在申请open工签之前 没有在新西兰居住超过12个月 就不需要无犯罪, 超过12个月, 就必须提供无犯罪公证, 因为"Do you intend to work in New Zealand for 24 months or longer?"
在工签表格
Section D 5, 也明白无误的写着:
Have you sent a police certificate to Immigration New Zealand that was issued within the last six months?
open工签 必须在学生签到期以后的3个月之内申请, 举例来讲 学签是3月31号到期, 最晚在 6月31之前申请 |
