Exciting Opportunity: Join Our Mega-Successful Team as an Admin Assistant! Are you a dynamic and experienced Admin Assistant looking for a part-time position? We have an urgent opening in our growing company for a talented individual to assist in our offices, display suites, and show suites. This is your chance to be part of a busy and thriving team, working Monday to Friday (10:00 am to 2:00 pm) with occasional after-hours and weekend work. Work location: Mount Eden and Henderson. As an Admin Assistant, you will take pride in your work and have a keen eye for detail. Building strong internal and external relationships will be crucial, and you will be proactive in contributing to the success of our team. The role is open exclusively to Citizens or Permanent Residents with full legal working rights in New Zealand, and we’re looking for someone who can start immediately. Responsibilities include: - General reception duties such as answering phones, greeting visitors, and serving refreshments.
- Acting as a liaison between salespersons, administrative teams, and clients.
- Managing office supplies, merchandise, and accurate record-keeping.
- Assisting in printing documents, marketing materials etc.
- Ensuring multiple locations, display and show suites are tidy, professional, and compliant with local regulations.
- Supporting the CEO by assisting with various tasks, including drafting correspondence and organizing events.
- Handling day-to-day administrative tasks and undertaking assignments as required.
To thrive in this role, you should have: - Excellent command of written and spoken English (knowledge of Mandarin is a plus).
- Minimum of 3 years' administrative experience in New Zealand.
- Marketing background and experience in design/video editing are highly advantageous.
- A full New Zealand Driver's License and flexibility to work in different locations.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and a quick learner when it comes to new software.
- Competence in using office equipment such as printers, cameras etc.
- Discretion in handling confidential information and the ability to adapt to competing demands.
- Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to excel under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
