Territory Manager - Northshore / Northland
Join Our Dynamic Sales Team! We’re looking for a highly driven Territory Manager to join our growing team. If you’re organised, an excellent communicator, and motivated to achieve ambitious goals, we want to hear from you! You will be responsible for growing our customer base, increasing sales, and managing customer inquiries in your assigned area. Out of town and over-night travel will be required with this role. Key Responsibilities: Act as the main point of contact for customers in your territory (existing and potential). Meet KPI targets to drive company growth and performance. Handle customer inquiries on deliveries, pricing, and product information. Educate customers on the latest product offers, company updates, and industry insights. Adhere to our sales process and cycle plans. Gather and report on market activity and intelligence. Complete weekly and monthly reporting. Maintain and update customer data in our sales system.
What You’ll Bring: 3-5 years of sales experience in an FMCG setting (preferred). Exceptional organisational skills with high attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships. Excellent verbal and written communication skills (fluency in Hindi or Mandarin is advantageous). A proactive, go-getter attitude with a mindset to exceed expectations. Ability to take initiative and think on your feet in dynamic environments. A curious thinker with a high learning capacity. Master at juggling multiple priorities.
