Requirements for this role include:
- 2+year experience in Customer Service/Sales Support
- Fluent speaking and writing in mandarin and English
- Able to work weekends and public holiday
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
To be successful in this role you need/have:
To be a confident public speaker, must be completely proficient in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese), and English.
To have an excellent customer service and communication skills
To achieve individual and team sales target and goals set out by the company
To be friendly and helpful attitude with sense of humor.
To be able to take responsibilities and handling pressure.
To be a good team player and strong work ethic
To have time management skill
To have a ‘Can do’ attitude and initiative
You are required to work 6 days a week, the work starting time and finishing time varies depending by the group schedule.
