JobAdvertisement: Fixed-Term Position (15 months Parental Leave Cover) at Healthy& Fresh At Healthy& Fresh, we are a leading company in the FMCG industry, specializing infresh fruits and vegetables. We are committed to providing high-quality localand imported produce to our customers. We are currently seeking an AccountsReceivable Officer to join our team in a fixed-term position, covering forparental leave.
KeyResponsibilities:
- Daily allocation of payments, ensuring timely and accurate processing
- Communicating with key customers regarding invoicing and payment issues
- Importing sales invoices and generating credit notes
- Handling pallet and crate netting, as well as maintaining stock codes
- Sending weekly/monthly statements to customers
- Supporting the sales team with credit control and debt collection
- Processing BCTI/BCTC transactions
- Producing aged debtor and sales reports
- Assisting new customers with account applications and setup
- Participating in monthly stocktakes and supporting month-end and year-end processes
- Assisting with accounts payable and general administrative duties as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable within a medium to large company; FMCG experience is an advantage
- Experience in the retail/wholesale fruit and vegetable industry is highly desirable
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to handle customer relationships effectively
- Familiarity with ERP systems; MYOB EXO experience is an advantage
- A proactive attitude, with the ability to quickly adapt and tackle challenges
