Located in Albany Auckland and working in our inbounddivision, your role will be both digital marketingand tour operationspecialist position.
Key Responsibilities
With the digital marketing role. This role involves managing themarketing automation platform, ensuring social medias platform including butlimit to Facebook, Instragram, Youtube, Xiaohongshu, Tiktok and wechat accountsetup, and daily operation and maintenance, leveraging data to drive marketingdecisions. Specialists in this field are adept at navigating marketingtechnologies to streamline operations, enhance campaign effectiveness, andmeasure results against defined metrics.
With the tourconsultant and operator role, you will beresponsible for: · Liaising with our local supplier partners to facilitatethe confirmation of our bookings. · Ensuring ongoing communication with our overseas tradepartners and individual customers in a timely manner, mindful of the timedifferences. · Creating travel experiences for our clients and theircustomers to enjoy. · Preparing customised itineraries to suit the clients’preferences and budget. · Issuing invoices for our overseas trade partners andindividual customers · Coordinating with local tour guides, drivers andoverseas tour escorts to ensure a smoothy operation. To be successful in this role, you will have:
Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with social mediadevelopment and digital marketing tools.
