Job Responsibilities:
In-Store Promotion: Set up and manage promotional materials in e-cigarette sections of stores. Remove and return materials after promotions.
Customer Engagement: Be knowledgeable about product features, confidently engage customers to try new vape products, and participate in promotional activities to boost sales.
Feedback & Reporting: Collect and record customer feedback and purchase details, and send reports back to the company.
Requirements:
Language Skills: Proficient in English.
Driving Requirements: Must have a full NZ driver's license and a reliable vehicle. Familiarity with Auckland's traffic is essential.
Personal Attributes: Positive attitude, socially confident, excellent communication and customer service skills.
Adaptability: Able to handle customer inquiries and emergencies with flexibility and poise.

What will you be doing?
•   Provide administration support to Client and the facilities team including the processing of all invoices/orders in the systems.
•    Build and develop effective client / stakeholder relationships across multiple levels of the organization, by the calls, WhatsApp or emails.
•    Receive visitors/customer onsite.
•    Be knowledgeable about product features, confidently engage customers to try new vape products, and participate in promotional activities (via call or in-store) to boost sales.
•    Ensure rooms are stocked with appropriate stationary/catering supplies and are kept neat and tidy, in good working order at all times.
•    Liaise with property manager to attend to staff needs on housekeeping matters.
•    Fulfil any ad-hoc requests promptly and efficiently to support the business sales team or (client)
•    Management and induction of all contractors on site to ensure they perform to the required standards.
*The Employee agrees to be employed on the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement. The Employee agrees to be subject to the general supervision of and act pursuant to the orders, advice and direction of the Employer.

Experience and knowledge
● No experience required. Previous experience in sales/customer services will be a big plus.
● Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant business tools.
● Have work experience or background in vape industry will be a plus.
● Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and industry trends
Skills
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
● Demonstrated ability to research, think strategically, analyse data, and develop innovative business solutions.
● Results-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets and drive revenue growth.
● Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
● Fluent in both English is a must.
