###About the Role

Asa Site Foreman, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our residentialconstruction projects. You’ll be the go-to person on-site, responsible forensuring that all work is completed on time, to a high standard, and in linewith the plans. You’ll lead a team of skilled workers, communicate withclients, and manage day-to-day site operations.

###Key Responsibilities:

-**Lead a Team**: Supervise and motivate a team of workers to deliver qualityresults on time.

-**Plan Reading**: Accurately interpret construction plans and ensure all workaligns with the specifications.

-**Communication**: Fluent in both Mandarin and English, you’ll liaise withclients, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep projects on track.

-**Site Management**: Manage all aspects of the site, from scheduling to safety,to ensure smooth operations.

###What We’re Looking For:

-**Experience**: A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a carpenter and a proventrack record in site management.

-**Leadership Skills**: Ability to lead, inspire, and manage a diverse team.

-**NZ Experience**: Previous experience in New Zealand's construction industryis essential.
