- X L7 L. M: tA bedroom available in a super central apartment, right at thetop of Cuba Street! The room is available from the 3rd of October and dates arenegotiable. Flat is modern, sunny, and keeps dry all year + has a balcony soyou can enjoy the nice weather! Never had to turn on a heater in winter. Washing machine/dryer and 2dishwashers in the flat. You’d be living with 3 lovely yo pros in their mid-20s- 2 girl, 1 guy. Everyone is friendly, nice and very respectful. Rent is $275 weekly + $5 a weekfor flat essentials like washing liquid, toilet paper etc. Room comes furnished with a bed +chest of drawers pictured on the right. Can also offer a desk/chair/bedsidedrawer for free if you would like. Two bathrooms, so you only haveto share a bathroom with one other person!
