工作地点在Rosedale商业区

*️ Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret architectural and construction drawings, schedules, and specifications

• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs for stopping and painting work

• Develop and submit cost estimates and tender submissions

• Work with the Project Manager to identify cost-saving opportunities and build-ups

• Liaise with clients, site managers, subcontractors, and consultants to clarify scope and pricing assumptions

• Conduct site visits (if needed) to assess access, surface conditions, and site risks

• Track project variations and assist with cost control during delivery

• Support commercial reporting and project budget review

  
  

* Requirements / Qualifications:

• Proven experience in estimating within the construction, painting, or finishing industry

• Solid understanding of plasterboard systems, stopping levels (e.g. Level 4, Level 5), and painting specifications

• Strong numerical and analytical skills

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tenders simultaneously
