Barfoot & Thompson Parnell  is looking for a key player to join our Property Management team, you'll have the opportunity to actively engage with owners and tenants, maximise rental income, and ensure client satisfaction.

We have the knowledge, experience, people, systems, resources, and local market presence to support your career with us, plus we will ensure you have all the tools you need at your fingertips - laptop, mobile phone and the latest in property management technology.

Skills and Experience

• Over 1year of Property Management Experience is required
• You are positive, professional & organised
• You have great time management & problem solving skills
• Able to interact with a diverse range of people and cultures
• Strong written and spoken English
• You have the right to work in New Zealand
• A full, clean NZ Drivers Licence
