HL Architecture is an architectural practice studio focused on residential buildings. We are looking for an experienced Architectural Technician to join our small but growing team, based in North Shore.

Skills/experience:

• Minimum of 1 year of practical work experience.
• Knowledge of NZS3604 and NZBC
• Excellent Revit skills
• Able to complete working drawings, council consents, RFI's etc
• Knowledge of the building structural components, building materials, their applications and best practices
• Strong construction detailing knowledge
• Sound knowledge of the planning roles
• Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines
• NZDAT or relevant qualifications
• Lumion and Vray render skills preferable but not essential
