The role
Eagle Auto Services Limited is looking for a full-time Automotive Mechanic .
Key responsibilities include:
-Vehicle stripping for Compliance Inspection (Underbody Cover, Tire, Brake Pads, etc.)
-Replacement of any required mechanical components (Brake Pads, Rotors, Wheel Bearing, Shocks, etc.)
-Engine Oil & Filter Replacement
-Tyre supply, Fitting & Balancing
-Detecting and diagnosing faults in engines
-Dismantling and removing engine components.
-Perform diagnostic tests to determine functionality problems
-Wheel Alignments
-Machine Rotors
-Dismantling and removing transmissions.
-Fitting of lights, bulbs, etc
-Radio Repair and or replacement
-Diagnosing of air-conditioning units, including repair, de-gassing, and re-gassing units
-Diagnosing and repairing rack ends, and any steering mechanisms
Dismantling and removing transmissions -General mechanical work as required -Other reasonable duties as requested by the compliance manager.
You must need:
-Have a Full New Zealand Driver's License without conditions.
-Minimum 3-5 years mechanical experience.
-Have good communication skills, listen, and follow instructions, and be able to fill in paperwork accurately.
-Have a resident Visa (You must live in NEW ZEALAND)
