薪酬和福利:
1.工资: 每年65,000新西兰元。
2.工作时间:最低保证工作时间为每周40小时，可能需要加班。

Position: Private Chinese Cuisine Chef

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Private Chinese Cuisine Chef to join our company as we host our esteemed Chinese guests.  The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the high quality and exceptional taste of the Chinese cuisine we serve.


Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
1.Menu Planning:** Preparing customized meal plans for clients based on their preferences, specifications, and dietary needs
2.Preparing and Cooking Food:** Follow recipes and standards to prepare and cook a variety of Chinese dishes.
3.Seasoning Food:** Season food during the cooking process to enhance authentic Chinese flavors.
4.Shopping for meal ingredients as well as necessary kitchen tools and equipment if required.
5.Cleaning and sanitizing work areas before and after meal preparation
6.Portioning and Plating:** Portion food, arrange it on plates, and add gravies, sauces, and garnishes to ensure appealing presentation.
7. Able to travel in NZ and overseas


Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a chef specialising in Chinese cuisine in a professional kitchen. (Not required if relevant qualification is provided).
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification (Not required if relevant experience is provided).
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen hygiene practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.



Pay and Benefits:
- **Salary:** NZ $65,000 per year.
- **Hours:** Minimum guaranteed hours of work are 40 hours per week, with the potential for overtime.
- **Location:** The job is based at our kitchen located at 15 Osterley Way, Manukau, Auckland, 2104, NZL.
- ** Daily food allowance: ** You will be entitled to eat at work, which is estimated to be $50 in value per day.
