Assistant manager job description: SushiWholesale Computer work : involving production forms, dockets,reviewing daily orders, checking emails, filling in reports Record keeping : temperature / maintenance & recordkeeping as per MPI requirements Ordering stock : maintaining stock levels Preparation : Preparing ingredients. on timely basis Production : Making sushi and ready to eat meals,cooking chicken, rice, timely execution of production & dispatch ofproducts every day Work place : Ensuring facilities is kept clean and to ahigh food standard Managing : weekly scheduleing of staff, & checking wagecost of operations weekly & do over time when short staffed or when help isneeded, training & managing of staff, night shift work Hours : Start 4pm / Finish 12am approx (Mon to Fri) Location : in Auckland CBD / parking provided for work please send cv to sushiwholesale01@mystpierres.net
