We are seeking an experienced Accounts Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing accounts receivables and payables, performing accounts reconciliations, collaborating with the business processing team for daily transactions, and assisting with office administration tasks.

Key Responsibilities

·       Handle accounts receivables and payables efficiently.

·       Conduct thorough accounts reconciliations to ensure accuracy.

·       Collaborate with the business processing team to execute daily business transactions.

·       Generate comprehensive sales data reports for sales performance analysis.

·       Assist with various office administration duties.

·       Apply knowledge of KYC (Know Your Client) and AML/CFT (The Anti-Money Laundering and Countering Financing of Terrorism Act 2009) regulations.

·      Ensure compliance requirements and risk governance are met in daily transactions.

Key Requirement:

·       Proficiency in cloud-based systems, particularly Xero.

·       In-depth experience with Office tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.).

·       Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

·       Ability to produce accurate reports and conduct data analysis effectively.

·       Proactive and capable of using initiative and commercial sense in approaching tasks.

·       Exceptional time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

·       Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.

·       Strong business acumen and a drive to deliver business results.

Preference:

·       Fluency in both Chinese and English is a must.

·       Relevant bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
