Our Customer Services team is looking for an energetic person that enjoys building relationships, has previous customer service experience, and is looking for their next challenge.
They will be responsible for: - Processing wholesale orders received via our B2B online portal, phone, or email
- online ordering system
- Invoicing complete orders
- Credit notes
Requirements: - Willing to learn
- Fluent English and Chinese (Mandarin)
