Requirements:
Proven experience as a cook in a food service environment. Bilingual in English and Chinese (Mandarin) for effective communication. Ability to start ASAP. Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence.



Prepare and cook gourmet seafood dishes according to the set menu, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment.
Adhere to food safety standards and minimize food waste.
Assist in ingredient preparation and ensure stock levels are maintained.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Contribute to the development of new dishes or menu items as required.
Safeguard kitchen equipment and ensure proper storage of items after use。
