主要职责:

Operations Manager - Kitchen Manufacturing (Rosedale) Main Objectives: The Kitchen Manufacturing Operation Manager is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the non-sales aspects of our kitchen manufacturing facility. Reporting directly to General Manager, this position plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of production processes, delivery, installation, and post-sales services.
Job Responsibilities: - Oversee all aspects of production operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization to meet production targets and customer deadlines.
- Manage the production team to ensure adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and customer specifications throughout the manufacturing process.
- Coordinate production scheduling to optimize efficiency and minimize lead times, ensuring timely delivery of orders to customers.
- Oversee the delivery and installation process, coordinating with logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of kitchen products to customer locations.
- Supervise installation teams to ensure proper installation of kitchen units, adherence to safety standards, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage post-sales services and support, including warranty claims, repairs, and maintenance, to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, construction, and accounting to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Develop and implement performance metrics and KPIs to measure operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and service quality.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and productivity enhancement within production, delivery, and service operations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards across all operational functions.
- Provides support for detailing processes to ensure proper technical solutions beforehand, collaborating with design and sales teams as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven leadership in kitchen or woodworking manufacturing.
- Expertise in production, scheduling, and logistics management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
- Results-driven with problem-solving abilities.
- Collaborative team player with customer focus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
