Registered Nurse (38-45 per hour plus 10% holiday pay, Contract/Temp) Skills & Experience:
• Resonate with our vision, mission, and values and be committed to holistic person-centered care, especially for Asian elders;
• Have at least 3 years of experience working as a registered nurse, with a passion for aged care (and a current NZ annual practicing certificate);
• Have a calm and measured approach - able to problem solve and adapt to an ever-changing environment;
• Be an effective and respectful communicator; highly skilled in written, oral, and interpersonal communication;
• Be able to build strong relationships with staff, residents, and family members;
• Have experience with leading a team, including recruitment and development of staff and managing rosters;

Aged Care Assistant (28-35 per hour plus 10% holiday pay, Contract/Temp) Skills & Experience:
• Healthcare Assistant with Level 3 or 4 Health and Wellbeing certificate;
• 2nd year or 3rd year Nursing student and completed at least two clinical placements;
• Overseas Registered Nurse with a minimum of 2 years' experience no more than 2 years ago;
• Previous Aged Care experience;
• Be able to work independently and at times, in challenging situations;
• Complete casual agency shifts or on going 'lines of work', depending on your availability
• Have strong organisational and time management skills;
• Current InterRAI training also desirable;
• Engage with all our professional stakeholders to build strong local relationships;


Other requirements include:
• Legal rights to live and work in New Zealand - we will support work visa applications if you are residing in NZ already, if required;
• Bilingual in Chinese and English;
• Careerforce Health and Wellbeing certification OR equivalent qualification will be advantageous;
• Previous experience in aged care or working with the elderly is preferred;
• Empathy and a love of making a difference in our residents' lives;
• Be resilient and committed to self-care;
• A "can do" attitude and a team focus
