About you: - Exceptional English communication skills over the telephone(90% of our customers only speak English)
- A background in the Computer/IT Industry/Telecommunication is preferred but not essential
- More important is you have a passion for assisting customers where you've loved handling the tough stuff
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good computer skills
- Capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
About the role: - Fully office-based, Monday - Friday Role
- Handling incoming customer service-related inquiries via phone, email, chatting tools, and counter
- Provide technical troubleshooting to the customers
- Configuring hardware, devices
- Assist with telephone sales but no cold outreach
- Customer order provisioning
