Customer Service Representative
Key responsibilities:
- Act as a key point of contact for customers providing a professional and friendly service as well as delivering an exceptional first impression
- Serve as a primary resource in assisting customers, whether demonstrating our services and products, troubleshooting basic technical issues, recommending best solutions, and preparing proposals and offers.
- Serve as a resource for customers seeking information, assistance or recommendations; a thorough understanding of all key services and products are critical in the ability to deliver service in an exceptional and timely manner
- Demonstrate a true passion for customer service by proactively seeking ways to surprise and delight our customers, always going above and beyond
To succeed in this role you will need:
- An incredible focus on customer service and experience
- Excellent comprehension skills in written and spoken English, and Chinese
- Excellent communication skills, in particular an excellent phone manner
- Good data entry skills and comfortable using in-house systems
- Strong problem-solving skills - we expect 1st-time resolution 99% of the time
- A can-do attitude, 100% commitment to teamwork and a good sense of humour - we do like to have fun in our jobs
- Excellent skills in MS Office applications
- Eligible to work in NZ
