新西兰法律规定，消费者在“买卖行为“（in trade）中的权益由以下两部法律规制：
①Fair Trading Act（FTA）
②Consumer Guarantee Act (CGA)。
为了维护消费者权益，所有在天维论坛进行的交易都需要明确这是否是一个“买卖行为”（in trade）。
因此，所有在天维论坛发布的带交易性质的帖子都将会被自动打上 标识。
