A brightly lighted double-sided bedroom furnished with one single bedset with a new mattress. A small study table and charir provided. Double wardrobe with racks within.There is a common sharing batnhroom with adjoining toilet.Brand new carpet flooring and Brand new blinds installed in the room.
Your weekly rental payment will include the usage of the white wares in the house, furniture, water and electricity. However, the usage of power and utilities should be within reasonable limits (especially for Working from Home adults )
Ultra fast fiber broadband will be co-shared among the occupants.
Light cooking in the house is very much prefer.
This house is ideal for someone who enjoys peace and tranquility. Most importantly, we are all mature working adults looking for a flatmate who respects others privacy.
Kindly please note the move-in costs to be paid upfront are:
(a) 2 weeks rental in advance
(b) 2 weeks rental for security bonds
Supermarkets, cinema, library, petrol kiosks, cafes, shopping malls.
Washing machine, micro-oven, electric stove, HRV ventilation system, water filter for drinking.
Offside parking. - Ideally you should be able to see your car from the rented room.
